RNC has not yet established a procedure for tenders. RNC is actively working to advance the financing for Dumont. The construction schedule is estimated at 24 months after securing financing and completing detailed engineering.

RNC has adopted a specific policy for the Dumont project relating to the purchase of goods and services which will come into force when project construction begins.

The Procurement Policy  sets out the RNC’s framework for procurement. RNC’s procurement approach favours suppliers who provide competitive goods or services and benefits to the local community on social, economic and environmental levels.
